There was not enough lighting to read from the bed. Not enough pillows for a king size bed to be comfortable.
The room needed another wastebasket since the only one was in the bathroom.
Breakfast was good. The hotel was clean but sterile in the hallways.
The staff was helpful.

Great service! Lobby was great for kids with games and felt like a living room. Breakfast was good variety. Indoor pool was a little cold.

Last week i came in early had to pay a fee ..not quite upset with that but I still have not received my incidental fee ..this happens often were the hotel holds it until they are ready to release it sometimes 3 days now a week ..know

The room is wonderful. It’s clean and there are no drawers to leave something in it by accident. Open shelving. It’s was quiet and the TV is a good size. The reason I didn’t give it 5 stars because the bath towels in the bathroom are very thin. Other than that I love Tru by Hilton.

This past visit was awesome the lady at the front desk was so sweet..I called dwn because one of the channels that I always watch was dwn..she then checked on it for me called me to make sure it was back on..thanks for going the extra mile it really means alot

除了脏乱差，酒店本身还不错。泳池区简直是个笑话。他们在网站上宣传有一个漂亮的室外游泳池，这也是我选择这家酒店的重要原因……结果根本没有室外游泳池，取而代之的是我见过的最脏的室内游泳池之一。到处都是锈迹和霉菌。整个泳池都弥漫着霉味，不是那种常见的霉斑。泳池明明是空的，却像被钙质沉积物炸过一样，发出嘶嘶声。
有一天电梯坏了。当时酒店正在举办儿童活动，孩子们把大厅弄得一团糟，整晚都在走廊里跑来跑去。真是太糟糕了。
