We were very pleased with it and will come back. Hopefully the Gym is fully functional next time. 1 treadmill and stepmaster were not useable.

The staff made check-in so easy and fast. It's a really nice property. So cloae to shopping and dining. I would definitely stay here again.

I had a perfect week here. My room was clean, bright, soothing and quiet. I enjoyed soaking in the spa pool. Staff was friendly and attentive without being overbearing in any way. The bed was very comfortable with the best pillows I've ever used.

Room was only cleaned once, and we were there for 4 nights. Had to go to the front desk for toilet paper. Bed was very uncomfortable.

Hotel was clean and staff was friendly however we arrived shortly after 4pm and our rooms were not ready. We waited in the hotel bar until 5 but they were still not ready. We were changed to a different type of room so that we could get changed after a long day of travel. It was disappointing that we could not get our reserved rooms that late in the day when check in is supposed to be available at 3pm.

Stay here many times and always happy! Staff very nice and nice rooms and the location is convenient. Plus Italian Steakhouse that is attached to hotel is a definite perk!
