Good night's sleep

We stayed one night here as part of a longer trip. I slept well. The room was quiet, clean and comfortable, but I thought the bed was a bit on the soft side. The breakfast was ok. Check in and out was easy.

Paid for mountainview room and got a room side freeway view with a hospital across the street. Two different coffeemakers were broken, hotel was out of coffee pods til the following week and no one in housekeeping spoke English. Hotel refused to provide any credit for the poor service and noisy poor view room and staff was poorly trained. They told me mgr would provide credit following week and he was rude and blamed the problems on ******* . I'll never stay there again.

The air conditioner was too loud to sleep with it on and there was no opportunity to have outside fresh air. This alone will keep us from returning to this hotel. There is no safe in the room which is very unusual for a hotel. The room was for two and there was only coffee for one. The room is only cleaned every other day. The computers to print out our boarding pass were pads which did not respond to touch well. The printer was out of toner and the hotel did not have any replacement toner in stock. I spent an hour on a simple task which usually takes ten minutes. The staff were helpful but I had to send my passes to the manager to have her finally print them out. Please either attach keyboards and mice to the pads or return to a normal computer for the guests to use. The staff were friendly and helpful but had no control over the underlying problems.

There were no towel bars in the bathroom so there was no place to put our towels after use which was especially difficult because of the every other day cleaning of the room.

The restaurant was good and accommodated my family of 7 easily with a separate dining area. The hostess and the waitress were friendly and made sure that we were all happy with the experience.

It was a disappointment that the breakfast was not included so we went elsewhere to eat.
