I had booked a room for September 8-10 as I am going to the U.S. Open and a Yankees game. I've stayed in several Best Westerns so I wanted to book with a chain I knew. The week before I was due to arrive I got a phone call informing me that my reservation had been cancelled. When I inquired as to why I was not given an explanation. Poor customer service, may actually be a valid reason for it but not giving a loyal customer an any information is not acceptable.

We have stayed at the Glo 4 nights in the last year. Every time it has been pleasant and the staff is very understanding and accommodating. The rooms are well appointed and very clean. We go to Brooklyn to visit family and this will be our go to hotel in the future.

Personnel très gentil et à l’écoute, chambre très propre. Un petit effort pour le petit déjeuner et le séjour serait parfait car absence de jus d’orange pendant 6 jours et pas de protéines style saucisse, bacon ou jambon.

Solo daban una bolsa con jugo artificial,y barras de mani, galletitas, budín con chocolate.... No yogurt, no frutas, no cereal, no huevos ,no queso.....y ofrecían desayuno Buffet...todo mentira. Cuando lo reclamamos nos dieron manzana y naranja....Una vergüenza!!!
