电视坏了。淋浴/浴缸的水只能流到一半。没有水压。早餐应该在6:30。我们7点前离开时,早餐还没准备好。不过前台工作人员很棒。他们尽力了。电视坏了,他们给我们换了个房间,但我们觉得没有电视也能过得去。
这是我第四次入住这家酒店,而且还会再次入住。总的来说,性价比很高!从酒店步行即可到达俄克拉荷马城河滨运动场,而且酒店还提供前往布里克敦地区的免费班车,而且早餐也包含在内。可惜的是,酒店正门前有一家酒店,已经施工了好几年。这可能会很吵,让周围显得杂乱或不安全。此外,我不喜欢住在一楼,因为我亲眼目睹过无家可归的人从附近露天睡觉的地方走进来乘凉或寻找食物。虽然很令人难过,但这确实增加了安全隐患。

这个小区域内有四家酒店(其中一家仍在建设中),这让我很困惑:a. 我在找哪家酒店;b. 找到之后,不知道大堂的入口在哪里——如果能有一些额外的“视线高度”标识会很有帮助。酒店很新,一切运行正常(电梯、空调、淋浴等)。大堂和走廊里有一股明显的气味,像地毯胶和清洁液的混合味,让人快要恶心了。我在其他住过的酒店也闻到过这种清洁液的味道。早餐高于平均水平,座位充足。泳池、水疗中心和健身房看起来都很不错。额外的外部安保和往返于 bricktown 地区的班车是一个意想不到的惊喜。
119房间浴室的瓷砖接缝处地毯有问题,钉子露了出来,戳到了我丈夫的脚趾。房间之间的走廊里有一个金属圆形物弯曲了,锋利的边缘会戳出来。这简直就是一场随时可能发生的事故。退房时,我出示了这些隐患的照片,工作人员似乎并不太在意。
另外,我想说的是,为我们办理入住的夜班服务员需要接受客户服务培训,而不是热情好客的态度。谢谢
靠近市中心或医院,是个不错的住宿地点。
热水浴缸和泳池很不错,但三家酒店共用。早餐很棒。我们住的残疾人房间淋浴间没有长凳,床对于腿不方便的人来说太高了。带凳子的椅子很不错。
一夜睡得糟透了。噪音太大,凌晨两点半有人在停车场打架。我起床时发现他们也靠在我的卡车上。他们在走廊里大喊大叫、奔跑,还敲门。
入住时,他们试图说不接受现金App卡,但刷卡后却收了我房费和押金。然后又试图收取押金……真是令人难过。
真希望我能得到更好的评价。
早餐问题
我住的那两天,早餐简直糟透了。工作人员没来,而且没有任何备用方案。前台没有钥匙,也没办法拿到食物。也没有交叉培训。酒店经理不得不亲自过来做早餐。
