Hotel is great my second visit but this time the staff was rude. The older woman that works at front desk check in was extremely rude don’t recall her name but she was not welcoming at all. I arrived around 12 pm noon and I just wanted to make sure my transaction went through, I knew the check in wasn’t until 3pm & still she was rude being sarcastic when I asked her if my reservation cleared she just said “Wonderful , you still can’t check in” when I returned an hour later at 1pm a couple arrived and she checked them in instantly while I was waiting at lobby then there was another younger woman at front desk and she helped me out and checked me in. Overall good hotel nice safe & convenient but that older women was so rude she has 0 customer service.

Highly recommend staying here, my husband and I plan on returning. We didn’t use our car at all during our stay because everything you need and more is just a short walk away. We went to an event held at the State Farm stadium and I fell in love with that area. It felt very safe as that whole area had security and police on standby. There were some very nice restaurants, activities, and stores for shopping, all within walking distance. The front desk staff were very nice and welcoming. I hit the pool and the gym which was nice. They also have a laundry room so I was able to bring all of my clothes back home clean.

Although the hallways are a little dark, which was weird, overall it was clean, comfortable and nice.

Was an easy check in after the AZ Cardinals game. Very nice and comfortable rooms. The room had a Marshall Bluetooth speaker to listen to your music or sports radio. We will definitely make a return trip next game time!

First time stay at ALoft
Overall my stay was good. The hotel and room was very clean. Everything was great except I could not access WiFi which was very frustrating since I had work to do.
