Loud industrial style hotel. Great location to desert diamond. Pool right next to parking lot. No closet space & shower curtain for a door. Beds were comfortable but we won't be back.

The room was great for the first two days of my stay (a Friday and a Saturday). Things started going downhill on Sunday.
My room was not cleaned on the third day of my stay even though the front desk staff guaranteed me it would be.
The bar was closed on Sunday.
The front desk made many apologies and brought me fresh towels, but I still had to sleep in a room that could have been cleaner. I would have liked to have had my sheets changed.

Room was good, staff courteous, but no breakfast because they were short staffed. What really got me was they charged a separate $15 dollar charge just to park in their parking lot.

Hotel is great my second visit but this time the staff was rude. The older woman that works at front desk check in was extremely rude don’t recall her name but she was not welcoming at all. I arrived around 12 pm noon and I just wanted to make sure my transaction went through, I knew the check in wasn’t until 3pm & still she was rude being sarcastic when I asked her if my reservation cleared she just said “Wonderful , you still can’t check in” when I returned an hour later at 1pm a couple arrived and she checked them in instantly while I was waiting at lobby then there was another younger woman at front desk and she helped me out and checked me in. Overall good hotel nice safe & convenient but that older women was so rude she has 0 customer service.
