I opened the room they give me, and it was dirty, the bed not even was made. Blankets on the couch, trash and the bathroom.
Front desk lady very rud.
They didn’t have a hair dryer.
Shower was dirty a lot of random hair.

Overall very good hotel and a good price! We appreciate the modern feel of this hotel. Beds are always very comfortable and rooms are functional.

Front desk staff were amazing. We had issues with our flight which was canceled and delayed our arrival, which was not in control of the hotel/staff. However, they worked out to help accommodate us during a very exhausting moment. My attitude wasn't the best after 4 hr flight turned into half day's travel and I was not faulting the property or staff at all. They handled and solved a rough situation for us. We will never forget their hospitality. Thank you!

Nice size room, great amenities including a small bar, gym, and pool. Only issue was the lack of privacy in the shower and I was traveling with my teenage son.

Excellent experience! I was staying there following a surgery that ended earlier than expected and they were very accommodating with allowing an early check in so I could get to bed and rest! Highly recommend!

Customer service lacked. Not helpful at all. They don’t offer complementary ice water/ cups with breakfast. Was directed to water fountain by workout area for water for breakfast. Very disappointing.

Not sure why my room was not cleaned, bed made nor no clean towels.
房间非常干净，特别是他们家的大床睡上去非常舒适，东西又非常整洁，早餐是很简单的美食早餐，不过很美味哦！
我住得很开心！酒店员工热情又友好。房间很棒，床是我睡过最舒服的床之一。以后我肯定还会再来住的！
每天进出时，工作人员都会向我问好。房间非常干净，床和枕头也很舒服。
