My family had a wonderful and pleasant stay at Santiago Cove Hotel and Restaurant. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and equipped with good facilities that made our stay comfortable. The staff were very hospitable and accommodating—special thanks to Carlo, Raea, MJ, Pearl, Marlon, and Harold for their warm service and attentiveness. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would gladly come back again.

I have never found such an excellent hotel and amenities service as incredible as Santiago Cove Hotel! The ambiance, the staff, the food and all the services were simply amazing!! Special mention to Carlo, Harold, Pearl, Marlon, Rhea, and Shena whose invaluable services made our stay even better!!! Will definitely come back here soon!

We stayed at Santiago Cove Hotel as 4 pax and truly enjoyed the calm, relaxing vibe of the place. The ocean view, soothing sound of the waves, and quiet surroundings made our stay feel like a real escape. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were warm and accommodating throughout. Perfect for families or small groups looking to slow down and enjoy Ilocos at a relaxed pace. Would definitely stay here again.

Hi, i did not see desert on the table and sweets! Our stay is good, yun lang po walang pong Netflix, at walang hangers in the room!
酒店位置优越，环境安静，靠近海边。房间非常干净，员工服务热情周到。酒店有两个游泳池，一个儿童泳池和一个成人泳池。不足之处在于，食物质量一般，早餐也比较普通，美式咖啡更是让人提不起兴趣。酒吧、自助餐厅和所有服务员都需要加强培训，他们甚至连基本服务都不懂。此外，糕点店的员工在工作间走动时没有佩戴头套和防喷溅口罩。高峰时段停车比较困难，但如果您在预订时告知需要停车位，酒店通常会尽力安排。如果能改进一些方面，酒店会更加完美。我肯定还会再次选择这家酒店。性价比还算不错。
这是一家相对较新的小型酒店，非常干净，员工热情友好，彬彬有礼，能迅速满足客人的任何需求。酒店就坐落在美丽的海滩上。不仅酒店本身的服务非常出色，所有附属餐厅的服务也同样卓越。早餐即使以欧洲标准来看也相当丰盛。我们觉得这家酒店物超所值，以后有机会一定会再次入住。
