They seem to be working on renovation but it’s slow and the carpets have seen better days. Shampooing and a good vacuum would help. Breakfast was great and area was clean. Staff was friendly and it felt safe.

Although no pets allowed, our room smelled musty due to high humidity on 9/27. Also, the curtains heavy curtains, i.e., block out the light, was a peculiar design. The sheer curtains slightly closed, but the heavy curtains were stationed on both sides. They were not designed to close.
So not only could the residents possibly see us in our room, there was a parking lot light that shined continuously in our room😡

Broken picture (glass), extremely uneven floor (maybe from water damage?), door didn’t seal correctly, old scratched up furniture.

This was probably one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in. The rooms are not at all in the condition depicted in the photos. During check in, the front desk staff said very little & provided no information about breakfast times, where ice machines were located (not on each floor), directions to the room, nothing. There was no cable in our room the first night & when I called down to the desk, they were aware they were experiencing cable & internet issues but didn’t share this at check in. The beds were so low to the ground & uncomfortable. The next morning we go down for breakfast. Staff are standing in the kitchen area watching everyone’s moves. When me & my kids settle on making waffles in the available waffle maker & say this out loud, staff disappear to the kitchen. I go ask for help because no batter is coming out of the dispenser. It was empty & needed to be refilled. Which staff knew but apparently it was 5 mins before breakfast ended so they were upset that we wanted to get food so close to end time but I didn’t know. While we’re making waffles & getting the rest of our items, another male staff comes in and starts removing the drinks before we have the opportunity to get any. When I ask for some of the juice just removed, he comes back out with the orange juice & pours one cup. I ask if there is more because there are 3 of us. He says ma’am breakfast ends in 1 minute. I respond asking why he did not offer it before taking it if breakfast is ending. He rolls his eyes

大床里面居然有迷你厨房和大冰箱 挺好的 推荐~
早餐不错;我不喜欢他们给我的房间在地下室,他们说可以通过*******预订,而且我付了钱。后来他们帮我们换了房间。电视坏了,尽管他们有书面说明。有两次,我们不得不下楼寻求帮助。波多黎各人待遇很差。
走进浴室,地板上全是头发,房间里弥漫着霉味,从入口到房间,地毯上到处都是大片污渍。酒店气味难闻。
