I was here for a work event. Though the hotel is named a preferred location for this company and event, they lacked the necessary information to help support the people there. Information was not passed across the team and it created frustration and made folks late to events they had to attend.

5 Stars – My Favorite Hotel, Hands Down!
I travel frequently and stay at many hotels, but the TownePlace Suites by Marriott in Draper, Utah is by far my favorite. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. You can tell they truly care about your experience—they go above and beyond to make sure your stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
A special shoutout to the night receptionist (we found out she’s from Orange County, CA like us!)—she was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and gave us a list of amazing local recommendations that did not disappoint. Her hospitality made a lasting impression and really made us feel like family.
Because of this exceptional service, this location has officially become our go-to spot whenever we’re in the area. The Marriott in Draper has earned a loyal customer. Thank you for a memorable stay—we’ll be back very soon!

Room was decent and staff was great. Room was not completely cleaned when we checked in, called front desk and they got it cleaned next day promptly
