The check in personnel failed to tell us about the evening appetizer hour. My husband goes to bed early so was asleep by the time I went to bed. The bed nearest the door in room 203 shook the entire night. Uncertain if the vibration came from housekeeping next door or a fan from the room below however I was unable to sleep. Then a truck ****** product from 4:50 am until 5:20 am from the Panara next door waking my husband who was then unable to get back to sleep. When we told the desk personnel the next morning she was unconcerned. We had planned to stay several more times for business but now plan to stay elsewhere since our concerns were not addressed.

room was clean, friendly staff, breakfast had some good choices. will say the fridge was a little loud in the room, and the highway was loud when trying to sleep.

We have always enjoyed staying with Drury. This time the issue we had was with the dinner service. The hotel knows how many guests that are staying on a given night. They were running out of food within the first half of service and there were not enough seats for everyone. People were standing just to try and eat. Other issues we had our room was not properly clean as we found a used water bottle beside the bed and also food under the curtains by the window. There was hair on our towels and sheets. This was the first time we regretted staying with Drury.

Dining room was messy with no place available to sit to eat. Food items were not replaced at kick back, limited foods available were not kid friendly. Room was clean and nice.

First time staying at a Drury property but will definitely not be the last! Excellent customer service and helpful employees, clean rooms, great pool and spa, and the complimentary meals and drinks were excellent.
