The hotel is conveniently placed in Columbus if you’re driving through. Their happy hour with snacks and drinks is a nice perk and there is a Panera right next door. The room was well appointed and extremely clean. Mattress was very comfy. But there is little soundproofing, and if you have noisy neighbors staying on the same floor, like I did, you might not sleep well. I didn’t try the breakfast because I slept poorly, so I left early. But it is a nice hotel.

This trip was one of the best stays in a long time. From the front desk check-in, to the check-out, the stay was absolutely amazing. My family and I were there to celebrate my mom and dads 60th wedding anniversary (although we lost him almost two years ago), the entire staff were accomodating. We were unable to get one of the meeting rooms, but the manager Lauren, and her staff, Tacynea, Cody, Jahdia the attendant in the kitchen, the housekeeping, the male desk clerks, the entire staff made this bitter-sweet stay most pleasant. My mom was over elated with the treatment she received at this hotel. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and up to date. Just an amazing stay! So happy. Drury Suites & Inn Polaris Columbus, Ohio, is the place to say. Close to shopping outlets, and all of the nine yards. I not only recommend staying here, I'll be back! -

Overall the hotel was very nice. Good service, clean room, excellent amenities and convenient location.
Only issue was over chlorination in the hot tub caused extreme foaming that trapped dirt and oils and was unpleasant.

Hot breakfast was wonderful, good variety for kids and adults. They had social hour with free alcoholic beverages from 5:30-7. They also have free popcorn and drinks (pop, hot chocolate, coffee) all night. The room was very comfortable and clean. They also had evening snacks/ dinner. This saved us a ton of money as we did not need to eat out. Will be going back!
