Service was great. Room clean but not comfy. Sheets were scratchy. TownPlace allowed a party outside on their patio to go on until 3:00 am. No one could sleep. Will not stay here again or recommend.

The breakfast menu was very bland. No fresh fruit and not much of a variety for it being a continental breakfast.
The property was pet friendly, which is great for us.

Family time
Our stay went very well. Plenty of parking, spacious room, safe area with many stores nearby. My bed was comfortable, but well worn. I kept rolling from middle to outer edge because of wear - time for a new mattress in Room 103 (and the privacy curtains were stained). This would not deter me from staying again as overall I was impressed with the hotel.

We were very happy with the front desk staff. Very friendly and engaging.
However; the breakfast was prepared nicely and the staff helpful but the area is way too small for the food set up. If there was more space it would not look and seem and be so chaotic. Made one feel not in the mood to reach over everyone for an item. I wanted the waffles both days but the wait of 20 minutes seemed forever. So we didn’t get waffles either day. Just one of those hotel stay ritual’s.

Great hotel, just a note on use of mobile key
Nice hotel and a good stay overall. Check in was a little clunky only because the Marriott app said you could use mobile room key (versus the usual plastic cards). Not a big deal, but I didn’t realize this until I had already gone up to the room, so I had to go back down to get our room keys.
