The Auburn Holiday Inn Express is our preferred hotel in this area for it's location, cleanliness, and "new" feel. We've stayed here in the past and had another good stay this weekend. Breakfast was decent, and customer service was excellent at check-in. This location feels safe with ample parking. Train and highway nosie may be bothersome to some, and some may wish to know that there is no hot tub by the indoor pool. We will be back.

房间总体来说还是可以的，比较温馨，适合家庭和朋友一起出游。
前台服务态度不错 ，这个酒店噪音特别大 房间里都给配备了耳塞 马路对面就是火车 侧面是高速路 隔音非常不好
大堂很棒，早餐好吃，房间干净，位置绝佳。

8月3日星期天，从加拿大乘渡轮抵达，很晚才到。前台的女士（Crystal？）几乎是我遇到过的最友好、最热情的酒店员工了。第二天早上她还在值班，兴高采烈地教导其他员工。这位女士绝对值得加薪或升职。
早餐很普通，一楼大堂宽敞舒适。房间还可以，但谈不上惊艳。我真希望窗户能打开。
真后悔没给他们五星好评。酒店员工和酒店本身都很棒！可惜它就在火车站对面。整晚都能听到火车对接的声音。那种震耳欲聋的轰隆声会把你吵醒，尤其烦人，因为你很可能花了很长时间才睡着。这完全超出了酒店的控制范围，所以我很后悔没给他们五星好评，但说实话，我实在无法推荐这家酒店。
我们预订的房间不适合我们一家六口。我们要求预订一间有两张大床和一张折叠床的房间，并支付了费用，结果只有两张大床。我们要求前台解决这个问题，但他们回复说他们已经订满了，无法解决这个问题。我们只能每张床住三个人，否则就开车出城找另一家酒店。
酒店很棒！一定会再次入住。员工很棒，酒店干净整洁。塔科马周边地区简直是小事一桩。但如果你住在那个地区，这家酒店还是不错的！
