When room was booked it showed we'd have a refrigerator and microwave. We had neither. Luckily I had brought my 12 volt fridge and was able to plug it in to keep our food we brought with us cold.
The lobby was very dark. What should have been a nice welcoming area with granite floors was dreary and floors were dirty.
Very unsociable desk clerk.
Elevator floor was buckled and the floor number display was partial out of its holder.
Our door, though locked, would not deadbolt. When evening desk clerk was informed of this he asked if we could rectify it in the morning (we were tired after 12+ hours in the road). It was never rectified as we were out for the day by 6 am.
Bathroom, though clean, was a disaster. Paint in the tub cracked and dingy. No holder for the toilet paper. Towels etc were gray and frayed and were better suited for rags than use. They were not absorbent at all - body still wet after shower. And only 2 SMALL bath towels and wash clothes and 1 hand towel for a room with 2 adult women. Old cigarette burn marks all over the sink.
When I asked a housekeeper in the morning if there was an ice machine, he answered no in a very rude way. Overall bad attitude!

Tons of people hanging out that were not staying at the hotel. Also stayed in room 215 with no toilet seat. Was told no other rooms and wasn’t offered a solution

Youd be better off sleeping in your car. Roach invested. They do not clean anything. Poop smeared on the toilet. Terrible. We asked for a room change. The 2nd room was just as bad. Refused refund, stating id have to see the manager in the morning. No managers.

Very bad but I’m sure that’s not a surprise, they also take a $25 deposit per room that you don’t get back 😂😂

Not my best experience
The condition of the place was not great. Floors unsticking to the ground. The elevator worked twice. Had to use the stairs to go down. In the stairwell, a stain in the corner that looked like blood. When going back up the stairs, could not enter the stairwell. No doorknob. So had to walk all the way back towards the desk to find another stairwell. Opened the door and was slammed in the face with the odor of feces. It was strong.

Lots of people hanging in the parking lot. Very noisy not the cleanest place. Took a week to get my deposit back
