Most of shopping places were near by and very accessible, the room was cleaned, staff was very nice specially de breakfast Staff Marlon was very welcoming ,front desk staff was super nice and knowledgeable. Thank you!

Didn’t sleep well because of the noisy A/C unit.
The A/C unit was clanking on throughout the night. It’s keeping the room cool and comfortable but was TERRIBLY loud when it turned off and on. Concerning

I often stay at Hampton Inns, and this one was okay but due for a refresh. Front desk clerk was fine, but not real friendly. Bottled was provided after I came down to give my Hilton honors number and asked for it. Breakfast was fine. My main complaint was the condition of the bath/shower combo, and the unresponsive HVAC thermostat controls. Tub/shower drain was uncovered and gross-looking so I didn't use it.

Shower had poor pressure and fixtures are loose, no place to sit toiletries. Sink drained very slowly and faucet was hard to work with low pressure also.

We live staying at this hitel. The staff is always helpful and friendly. Normally we have no issues but our last stay the air unit in our room wasnt working and it was one of the hotest days of the summer.

The ad for Hampton Inn advertised guaranteed no noise rooms but that was not to be. The noise wasn't bad but don't advertise false statements. Other than That, things were fine.

Was there for the Senior Olympics and super happy the beds were really comfortable. The breakfasts were great - good choices and having hot foot available was excellent. The common areas are having some work done but we did manage a hot tub visit. Very conveniently located for us.
