Upon checking that was normal, but when we got to the room it was like an ice box, it was so cold. I went back down and told the front desk and apparently I got the wrong room. I got my new room which was next door. Still cold but a bit better. The room its self is dated but okay. The bathroom had someone’s beard clippings in the sink, which is gross. The phone rang randomly at 5:30am. Over all it was okay, but I wouldn’t stay here again.

The power was out on my wing restraint shut down at 7:40 could sit eat and relax. Had walk in dark to my room think there would be emergency lights lucky I had my phone pool room was shut down under maintenance the elevator was out of service could do nothing say I my room in the dark no tv my phone died re terrible going bathroom suck in the dark smell of cigarette smoke was strong which I’m allergic to bed was saag out terrible pillows, real small pillows. It was the worst experience I ever had in a hotel. I won’t be going back to that hotel ever again. They should reimburse me. I even took video pictures of it.

Had to ask for clean linen for the sofa bed because clearly was not changed after the last people.

Lobby is very nice but west wing, which we were told is the new part of hotel, is very old and outdated. Rooms and hallway smelled of cigarette smoke. Very noisy in room from main road. Did not take off shoes carpet was so old and dirty looking. Would not recommend to stay here

The hotel itself is dingey and old. The room had three doors….the hall, an adjoining door as well as an outside door. The room is right by the lobby door. Every time that door opened, the room door shook. If someone was in the hall, it was like they were in your room. The lights flickered when you turned them on. The air conditioner was very loud and ran funny. The sheet was stained. There was long hair on the bed. The cleaning lady was rude, the breakfast attendant was rude. The rooms are too expensive for what you are actually staying in. Very disappointed in Travelodge Lloydminster.

Very run down, took us 20 minutes to find our room no clear signage. Then our room keys didn’t work. Kept finding little hairs in the bedsheets. Hallways had strong smoke smells. Pool was very old. Loud music from room close by in the middle of the night.

Bright lights coming in rooms. Small pillows. Uncomfortable beds. Tv remote didn’t work. Tv was by the door no where need the bed. On the 3rd floor no elevator. Big maze hard to find room. Brkfst just so so underwhelming.
