Property was great the Inn is nice only problem was a noise that kept us awake for couple of hours. The staff very nice and helpful

Wonderful place - we spent a great weekend!
We were at the Sun Valley Inn which was great! There are 2 parts to it, the one next to the swimming pool/gym had a disinfectant smell to it - luckily we were in the other part which was perfectly fine.

It would be nice for them to specify if these rooms are at the Inn or Lodge. They are close walking distance, but the lodge has better amenities. It is purely out of convenience because you can still use lodge facility if staying at the Inn. Beautiful area, great pool/hot tub, food is average, and excited to go back when kids are a little older for some fun on the beautiful mountains.

Public spaces, bar, restaurant and surroundings are beautiful. The pool and hot tub at the Lodge were highlights.
Rooms are absolutely fine but decor is dated.
Staff varied from charming and proactive (door man, bar tender and wait staff) to curt and unhelpful (both times the person at the front desk).

There are a few amenities which were not correctly disclosed about this property
There was no jacuzzi at the sun valley inn and we had to walk in cold weather to use the jacuzzi at the main building
This is not a ski in ski out property and the hotel does not have a shuttle and you have to use the city’s bus service which is fine but makes too many stops
Rooms open to parking lots and you are away from the main building where the main lounge and bars are located
I would not have booked a room had I known these facts about the Sun Valley inn

我们绝不会再入住这家酒店。这家酒店根本不重视客户服务，而且会在未经询问的情况下随意收取各种荒谬的费用。他们未经任何商量或许可就擅自指控损坏。请警惕他们从您的信用卡中扣除额外费用。
酒店总体不错，位置便利。工作人员似乎不太乐意待在这里。不过，我们去的餐厅很不错，服务员也很友好。
