But we booked for a hockey tournament and when we were told we were not able to book as a team but book individual rooms we did just that which didn’t seem like a big deal…. But then when we arrived we are to find out there is 3 other teams booked at this hotel, which is fine… but then we found out that they had the pool booked so we were unable to use the pool getting kicked out and then there was specific times we were able to let out kids swim. So we complied and worked with the staff and booking our teams times, the staff then proceeded to allow other teams into our time slots causing chaos with teams after we held out kids outta there to accommodate them and the other teams… we were told to basically suck it up. The staff is absolutely horrible and we even had one of the staff member enter a room to yell at kids were watching a movie and not causing any issues when she even stated that there was running in the hall but proceeded to go into the room rather then check the halls…. I would not recommend this hotel for any event unless you want to stay in your room permanently and be treated like trash!!!

All guests are welcome to enjoy the pool at any point during open hours, and there can naturally be some overlap between team times and regular guest use.We also understand that tournament weekends come with excitement and energy, especially when families and children gather. While we appreciate this, it can occasionally lead to noise concerns for other guests. When our staff steps in, it’s simply to make sure everyone, whether here for sports, work, or relaxation can enjoy their stay. For safety, we also kindly remind parents that children should not be left unattended in guest rooms.We are grateful you chose to stay with us.

Had a connecting room and had to listen to screaming kids next door
The sidewalk was slippery as hell and they only put salt on it in the morning

We love staying here when visiting family in the area. The facilities are clean. The breakfast is delicious with lots of variety and the area is very nice. Would highly recommend!

Leaking pipe above us so we could hear water all night. Other than that room was clean and nice. Charged us for early check in when it was 20 minutes to 4 so that was disappointing but overall good stay

Convenience, quality, peacefulness
A first stay at this property, but not my last. A few blocks off the main road into Lacombe, it's convenient to Hwy 2 as well as quiet. The elevators are speedy; the parking is ample and included. The rooms are nicely decorated. Tollers Bistro is a 4-minute walk and offers excellent food (also generous servings - pro tip).
