The staffs were very friendly. I Didn't use the pool. Supermarket was close by as well as a convenient store.

I have had a pleasure to stay one night in this hotel with my son after a trip from hell when they canceled our flight, this hotel give me vibes of" family hotel " not the luxury hotels we usually go to, however Mr Rajiv has been incredibly helpful and most friendliest person I have met, him and rest of the staff made our stay super comfortable. Rooms are decent size, pool was cleaned and warm, few steps away you get to beautiful park with botanic garden and zoo,to go to airport took us about 40 minutes

Visited with some friends as girls getaway. We were able to book and check in with no issues at all. The stay itself was great. We took a two bedroom suite for 4 people but there were only cups and glasses for 2 people. It was not an issue this time. The rooms were big and we loved the separate seating area. The beds were comfortable but in the morning I noticed how stained one of the pillows were. They really need to be replaced at this point. The shower itself needs to pressure wash or given a good scrub. The shower door didnt want to slide. At breakfast the sugar bowl was almost empty. This was bad considering we were one of two sets of guest there that night. There were no tongs to serve ourselves and we had to ask Luke to refill the kettle and to bring out more bread. All in all the pros outweighed the cons and we will stay there again. Great location. Cars are secured at night. Not sure if the smoke alarms in the rooms were working.

Just to let you know we did have a large contingent that checked out on said day which unfortunately we may not have had another room available to move your group due to those issues. But I can't say as I do not know if you made a request to move. Be that as it may I can assure you and your ladies, we have as per usual done our yearly spring cleaning which is normally prior to Carnival and we start again for another 365 days of wear and tear. I believe we also faltered in our continental breakfast service by not looking into the smaller details but I am happy you did request service from Luke who I am sure would have made every effort to assist once he realized. Thank you and we do hope to see you again .

Simple and secure hotel located outside Port of Spain. The hotel is old and the bathroom have seen its better days. I stayed here during the carnival celebration so the price for one night was very high compared to what you get. There are WiFi, however almost only work in public area.
