The TV wouldn't work at first due to last tenant's mischief. There was no coffee pot for the available coffee. There were numerous holes in the walls in the bathroom. There was no door seal at the entrance room door - gaps could be seen allowing warm air to escape resulting in the heater to remain on all night.

We had to get Waste baskets put in the room and there were no coffee cups. I left my portable charger there and have not been able to contact them even after going to the website phone number and also the reservation phone number and still haven’t contacted them. I even sent an email and heard nothing back

I travel from Nevada to California every 2 weeks to spend time with my girlfriend, this has become our little love nest for visits until she gets her new place. Staff is always so kind and gracious. Is it perfect? No nothing is but I would rather stay here than anywhere else.

I don't know where to begin. Except that the pictures shown are not the room that was given to us. The clerk called it an apartment and laughed when I said suite. Furniture in living room and dining area outdated and run down looking. There are details that should be paid attention too. Should of emptied trash out front before people arrive, clean stove. The stove was so dirty when we tried to use it the whole place smoked up. Internet was out first night for 2 hours so no TV. None of the clocks were on the correct time. To many fly traps that were outside patio door that smelled like blood. Smell came into dining area when breeze hit. Not good. There were some good points: very spacious, bed comfortable and nice view from bedroom. Dishes, pots and silverware provided and new but not dish soap or sponge so I had to buy our own so I could wash anything we used. Overall, not as expected, but not completely horrible. Buyer beware.

Looked pretty clean, but the beds are hard and the walls are thin- I could hear everything late at night and early the next morning, from both sides of my room. You’d think, since there was hardly anyone booked, they could’ve separated us more, that would’ve helped with the thin walls. And the continental breakfast? More like, no breakfast or coffee… pretty disappointing

Room wasn't very clean, except for the bedding which was fine. Breakfast was ok, very basic...cereal, yogurt, toast, waffles. Parking was fine.
