We had a couple of issues during our stay. The front desk staff did not seem knowledgeable about much and was not very helpful. We asked for a crib/pack n play for our 5 month old and they said they didn't have them. I checked the website and showed her again that it showed available and she said she hasn't ever seen them. Finally she called someone to find out they did have them. Our pull out couch didn't have any sheets / blankets (not in the closets either).. I went down as asked for some and she gave me a blanket. I had to ask again for sheets as well. The light in our bedroom was out and I had to ask several times about getting it fixed. The stay was fine enough, just the staff wasn't the greatest. The manager on the other hand, was very helpful and actually changed the light herself.

The water pressure was great, the OJ was tasty, and no running or yelling woke me up during the night. Finding a QUIET hotel is fantastic!

Staff was friendly. Room clean. Breakfast was good. Coffee machine in breakfast area great with lots of choices. Area convenient. Restaurants near by. Would stay here again.

Stayed one night for a college tour. Breakfast was disappointing. Ran to Kwik Trip to get breakfast. Yelling in the hallway at 2am. Room dark. Light bulbs out in the bathroom. Otherwise, served its purpose.

The room was not very clean. The fridge did not work right and the microwave was dirty. We found food on the floor behind the bed. The bathroom had hair on the floor and dust on the shelf where the extra towels were kept.The beds were very uncomfortable and lumpy.kept.

Standard hotel, though you can tell its a little more worn. The hallway carpets are not vacummed regularly, it seems like maybe because they are dark they think it's ok but you can still see crumbs and such everywhere.
The breakfast was very limited and its all plastic and paper plates. They only have individually packaged cereal. They have 1 waffle maker. I other main and a side and a few other random things.
We had a standard 2 queen room. It was ok. I had to ask to have someone come reclean the tub and the sink.
A lot of the staff did not look very professional and it was hard to tell if people worked there or were staying there. I did not find that any of the staff were particularly kind or friendly.
The pool is small, a little cool and not well maintained. You can tell it is not regularly cleaned and vacummed. I would
