Hot tub is listed as amenity and they didn’t say anything about the $8 / person fee to use it. So disappointing for my family

Everything was wonderful. The only thing I would suggest is a sign explaining how to use the television. Which buttons to use to be able to watch regular television. Many older people are not tech savvy and instructions would be appreciated.

Was ok, breakfast on sunday said link sausage, but was patty. 2 lamps in room didnt work. Hard to figure out tv, and got an ok station, couldnt get it back, horrible setup.

Their key card machine was non-functional, so the staff had to escort every guest checking in to their room to let them in. We checked in at 3:00 PM and our keys were still not available at 5:00, so we didn't get keys until we returned to the property after a night out.

Decent hotel for the price
Easy to get to from the freeway. The hotel is pretty clean and the front desk people are helpful. The breakfast is okay, and it’s free. Hot tub in the pool area “out of order”. I believe it was the last time I stayed here too, like over 2 years ago. So if I were management-I’d probably ask to have it removed as a hotel amenity at this point. Lots of parking spots available and the location is close enough to downtown Menominee.

We had a couple of issues during our stay. The front desk staff did not seem knowledgeable about much and was not very helpful. We asked for a crib/pack n play for our 5 month old and they said they didn't have them. I checked the website and showed her again that it showed available and she said she hasn't ever seen them. Finally she called someone to find out they did have them. Our pull out couch didn't have any sheets / blankets (not in the closets either).. I went down as asked for some and she gave me a blanket. I had to ask again for sheets as well. The light in our bedroom was out and I had to ask several times about getting it fixed. The stay was fine enough, just the staff wasn't the greatest. The manager on the other hand, was very helpful and actually changed the light herself.
