The hotel has a clean comfortable bed, room was clean but the only problem was it smelled like a smoker used the room, very strong residual smell! But it was late and just dealt with it staff was very friendly, and breakfast was available and continued to be filled!

Hotel rooms are good with comfortable beds and pillows. Only complaint was the bathroom door was so squeaky you woke others in your room up if you used the bathroom during the night.

We used the ******* APP, filtered for pet friendly, booked a king suite. Got here, and of course, no king suite, just a normal room for pets. Pet friendly was a bit unclear on the APP. So we paid more for a king suite, but never got it.

Room and area was very clean but our TV had horrible picture and we could not correct it with the basic remote .

我当时是按有泳池的条件筛选才找到这家酒店的，结果它根本就没有泳池或热水浴缸。酒店的价格像高端酒店，但实际体验却差远了。我坐在沙发上，所有没被衣服遮住的地方都起了荨麻疹。前台愿意取消当晚的住宿并让我们退房，但旅行App却一直拒绝退还第二晚的费用。对于沙发是羊毛材质，也没人道歉，可我对羊毛过敏啊。
我花了3个小时试图解决这个问题，就为了能回到我的浪漫周末假期（就在我家乡，我订这家酒店完全是为了泳池和热水浴缸）。
很不开心，不满意
又是一个由移民经营的地方，而且住在那里的人总是很吵闹，很多人不会说英语，会说英语的工作人员口音也很难懂。我的房卡坏了，每天都要换一次，而且好用的设施很多都坏了，还总是抱怨个不停，吵得要命。
您需要维护淋浴和排水管、维护西班牙语电视频道……洗衣袋、不舒服的床垫。
