Disappointed that the pool was not able to be used. When traveling with small children and there are no outside play facilities this was a problem.

TV stopped working. Told the staff two days in a row. They said they would fix it and never did. The second row of curtains was missing and there was no way to block the view into our room. The closet door was completely detached and falling down. The AC fan could not be adjusted up or down. The door would not shut all the way. At one point a kid walked into our room when we didn’t have the door locked. The freezer would not keep things frozen. The pool was ICE cold in September. Some days the main course of breakfast was out. Waited a while then gave up. The location was nice though. Really bizarre experience.

Pleasant stay here. Comfortable beds, quiet room. Exceptionally friendly and helpful check-in staff. Will stay again when I visit the area.
Bonus: there’s a walking/cycling trail just behind the property.

Didn’t seem to have enough staff. Room was not ready for check-in at 3:00. Clerk did arrange another room for us. No breakfast available. Clerk said it was because they had a lot of guests. He seemed to be the only one available. Seems to me if the hotel knew they were heavily booked they would have arranged for staff to help.

Everything was good except breakfast. Went down about 7 am. Nothing left in breakfast area but some dry cereal that was stale. Had some coffee and wound up going to McDonald's

Traveled here for a soccer tournament and picked this hotel so my kids could swim in the pool. Unfortunately, when we arrived we were told that it was out of service. Would’ve been nice to know that ahead of arrival, as we would’ve considered somewhere else.
住了三天，因为时差没倒过来，每天早上六点第一个去吃早饭，非常舒适的酒店，地理位置也挺好，这么个小酒店也有游泳池，虽然小了一点但毕竟有。
