After staying in a different AmericInn the night before. This one was a little bit of a let down. The hotel was okay, felt dingy. Hotel staff very nice and helpful and the main lobby looked nice. Rooms were ok and i really heave no complaints, it just felt dingy. We booked the night before our stay and got a room we wanted, easy acess and easy to find. Plenty of restaurants around so that was nice

The desk clerk went out of her way to try and move us to a room with a recliner, but bevause we booked thigh *******, she couldn't move us.

Not Brutal.. but Not Worth It
Breakfast looks OK.. the Jacuzzi room(s) aren't great. Whole room was really damp -- Door wasn't even closed upon our arrival & the fan was running on high so maybe it was left wet or something. Overall, it wasn't clean.. had to wipe down our own fridge.. counter/desktops.. You get what you pay for in the end -- It's prob worth it to spend 10-20 more to be elsewhere bc i cant see it getting better here. Especially as I booked their most expensive 'top-end' suite on this stay~

If you are looking for a hotel in the Thief River Falls area, Look no further this is the place to stay! The rooms are very spacious very clean and you have a wide selection of TV channels to watch when you are in your amazing hotel room. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I would like to acknowledge Colleen, She works up at the front desk area. I had to change my flight while I was visiting Minnesota for a personal emergency in California. I didn’t have to change my hotel reservations, but I had to change my flight and not visit other family members in Minnesota while I was doing that I had a hard time printing on the hotel computer and Colleen was very helpful. She could see by the look on my face and the tears on my eyes that something was going on, so I decided to share with her about My Husband being ill and having to go to the emergency room and that I was going to be flying back sooner and not going onto my other destinations. Colleen just listened so intently. It was like having a true friend there that I could share my heavy burden with and I Just so appreciate that. When you are more than 2000 miles from home, it was like having a good friend at the hotel that I could share my burden with and she listened and even when I was leaving, she told me that she would keep me in her thoughts and prayers you don’t find that every day! The other staff was just as friendly too, and Stacey who clean my room. Every day was a very sweet gal too. Honestly, I will always stay

Arrived late and check in was a breeze. Breakfast next morning far exceeded expectations. On our way with no problem. Attendant at breakfast was a lovely person. Shared much about area and made breakfast very pleasant
