Room had no lock on the door and was on the floor and staff said oh well so stayed up all night and got no sleep so I am requesting a total refund

Pictures seen on the site did not match the room. AC unit was very loud and the mini fridge made constant clicking noises. There was no one on staff overnight and the outside doors were left unlocked.

staff was number 1 then how clean and organized the room was. The room rates are very reasonable and the waffles amazing. Ill be back
这家酒店价格合理，早餐不错，还有一个很棒的大型室内恒温泳池。酒店还设有桑拿浴室和热水浴缸。我投入了7个25美分硬币后，烘干机一直打不开，但前台工作人员很友好，陪我走到烘干机旁，确保它能正常工作。所有工作人员都非常友好。房间很干净，配有咖啡壶、微波炉、迷你冰箱、不错的电视，几乎满足你所有的需求。我和儿子的无线网络连接非常顺畅。枕头有点凹凸不平，感觉很奇怪，但除此之外，酒店本身非常完美，而且价格实惠。我一定会再次入住。
位置便利，周围有很多餐厅。房间有一个漂亮的阳台，很不错。这里没有电梯，只有楼梯，而且早餐和另一家便宜的餐厅共用，导致华夫饼机排了很长的队，而且只有一台华夫饼机。晚上所有灯都关了之后，绿灯还会亮着，很烦人。
糟糕透了
这地方简直糟透了。泳池都没怎么打理，到处都是霉菌和污物，简直恶心。房间气味难闻。我们付的价钱竟然住进了这么垃圾的地方，简直荒唐。不推荐。
四个插座都坏了，马桶座圈刷了油漆，现在油漆都剥落了，玻璃门脏兮兮的，到处都是污渍。他们正在施工，所以可能很快就会翻新。虽然叫度假村，但确实需要升级改造。
地理位置优越，员工友好。
两间房间都很干净。
我房间浴室天花板淋浴间的油漆剥落了。浴缸需要重新粉刷。
房间很大，很干净，泳池也很大，但是泳池区域太热了，很难长时间坐着看孩子
价格很满意，我会再来的
