Everything about the hotel and the staff was fine. The only reason for the low rating was the excessive noise from other guests. Including one drunk man that was in the parking lot at 1:30am blasting country music and urinating, and clearly sleeping in his truck. It was in the hotel parking lot, so it would have been nice not to have to talk to him myself. I was looking forward to a nice sleep after a 10 hour drive but I only got a few hours.

All around easy to get to from highway, clean, easy parking, staff was fabulous, accommodated our needs, pet friendly and the breakfast is help yourself, which I think is fast and simple. Definitely will stay there again and again.

There was a loud banging noise on top of our room. After it continued, I went to the front desk and complained. They brushed me off.
I went to the desk another two times- and I invited the desk clerk to my room to listen for herself. She then said she would talk to her “ mother”. I went back to the room and the noise was gone.
It stopped, and started again around 6:30 am.
They knew the problem, but were reluctant to attend to fixing it.
I feel a refund is in order.

Almost everything was wonderful. A major negative for us was that housekeeping staff came banging on our door 2 hours before checkout time. They proceeded to unlock the door even though it was early and our "do not disturb" sign was on the outside of the door. The worst part was they didn't bother to lock the door again when they realized we were still there sleeping (trying to sleep).

Stayed here multple times in the past. Less satisfied this time. No coffee maker in room but avail 24/7 downstairs. Only 2 hard pillows on bed, addional 2 requested and provided were very lumpy.

酒店回复: As you know from staying here previously there is no coffee makers supplied in the rooms however coffee is provided 24/7 in the lobby area you are free to help yourself. We have currently exchanged the pillows in our rooms for new ones which I hope will be more to your liking on your next stay.
