Where do I start…
Non-smoking room smell like ppl smoke in there regardless, and the smell was so strong, my pajamas I was sleeping in started smelling like smoke.
I was given a room on the 1st floor, asked for 2nd as a female staying alone but the staff member said they didn’t have availability.
Next - bugs. Fleas, to be exact. I caught three of them crawling on me, one of them actually bit me. Pet owners - beware, your parasite free pet will take them home.
Now the worst of the worst. Thin walls, you feel like you’re sleeping on the streets. Some teenagers were up at 3 in the morning, chatting, laughing, making out right outside my room. As a result - no sleep. I could only fall asleep by 5 am when my alarm was supposed to wake me up at 7:30 am.

Place was OK. . Some stains on the blankets. Not really noisy. Some people outside were a little noisy. Nothing horrible though

Check in was done while wearing ear buds. The breakfast was incomplete. They were out of almost everything. They didn't have coffee made and the rooms did not have a coffee maker.
The room was hot and had a smell. Once it cooled off, the smell was not heavily noticeable.
The facility looked as though it was being renovated in areas.
The biggest complaint I have is that they tried to charge me for a direct booking two days after I checked out.

The lady who checked us in was nice but that’s it …. I wouldn’t recommend this location pictures are not what it is …. The exterior was run-down and trashy, which was already a red flag. The interior was more modern, but that didn’t make up for the issues. The shower curtain was stained, the smoke alarm was non-functional with wires hanging from the ceiling, and despite being a non-smoking room, it smelled like smoke.
Several listed amenities were either unavailable or falsely advertised. The pool was closed, the laundry room was not open for use , and breakfast was disappointing—only waffles, no juice, and a communal tub of butter that anyone could touch, which is unsanitary.
They also required a $100 deposit, but instead of charging and refunding correctly, they charged me the deposit and now I’m seeing two separate $100 refund attempts. That money is still out of my account and hasn’t posted back yet, which is frustrating and unprofessional.
Overall, not worth the hassle. Poor management and misleading amenities. Would not stay again.

Room was very clean and updated. Nice bed. Would like more pillows and thicker blanket lobby was very nice and breakfast options were great
