A terrible experience and service of my life. The staff members are slow to serve, the could take over an hour to attend somone, which I don't really understand if isn't there any one supervising them? If you are understaffed, please hire people , which this service, I wouldn't recommend anyone soon.

Good service all over and super food in the restaurant.
No problem getting a room on the first flor and not the 3, sins my wife have problems walking.

When on got to the hotel at 7.10 pm they still tell me we have to if we rooms available for you when booking was done 4 days ago and at on stage they will tell we want to if the rooms are ready seriously at 7.10 pm I told them some called me at 17.39 to ask if IAM coming when I get here no rooms are ready

The location is good.
It was good. Very clean, everything works in the room. The surounding is aslo good, it has ****** and entertainment.

Fantastic experience Lovely room for my partner and I. All expectations were met. You guys rock. Room was beautiful and clean Coffee machine and juice was a nice surprise. We will definitely be back again. The food was delicious - good food freshly prepared.

One of the worst hotels I have been too from a business process and service perspective. The checking in and out took over 45min despite the fact that there was only 1 person in front of me. The manager was unfriendly and lacked service excellence. For Dinner food took over an hour to arrive and when it arrived it was cold. The rooms have to telephone and the air conditioner is old and outdated.

Guests returning to the hotel at 2 a.m. and having a loud party with music, singing and dancing outside in the hotel parking was really inconsiderate to other guests. Security and staff did not reprimand the guests although security and reception is a few metres away from the parking and would have heard the commotion.

Place is decent. Bathrooms could use a bit of maintenance around the tiles and showers with re-grouting and silicon.
A bit of protectiveness from the bar stuff and more smiles from the reception will also go a long way.
