Comfortable motel near Makoshika State Park
Room was comfortable and quiet, and the proximity to the Makoshika State Park was the best thing for us.

Honestly for just stopping theough for the price it worked great for us. No complaints! Appreciate that theres food right on site and it was clean and spacious.

Clean and comfortable - slow breakfast.
Room was clean and staff friendly. Free laundry.
In room coffee was very weak.
Breakfast was 10% off at the diner next door. Coffee was very weak there too. Breakfast took a long time to make. I highly recommend ordering it ahead of time. They will make it to go so you can bring it back to your room.

Good Stay
The room was the best of our entire cross country trip. Especially considering the price. Very clean, ample towels, microwave, fridge, great sink space, nice shower, Dove soaps, room was right outside the elevator so that was nice. The only thing we ddin't like was the sign on the door that said 'check in at the diner next door'. Okay...weird. Diner was small and hot and busy. We had a wait to check in. The gal running everything was phenomenal. Young, thin, glasses, tatoos. The owner/manager walked in and chastized the staff in front of everyone which is one of my huge peevs. So we decided not to patron the diner for dinner and ate our packed stuff. We're working class ourselves and don't appreciate hard-working, good staff to be treated that way. But we loved our hotel room.

This is my "go-to" stop when driving back and forth to visit family in the midwest.
The only issue I have ever had is that Google Maps directs drivers to turn Left when exiting the freeway. You Should turn RIGHT! 🙄

Wonderful Surprise in Glendive
Newly remodeled, this is a great find and very affordable. The room was spotless and very comfortable.
