The hotel looks quite new inside, everything is clean and modern. The room was cool, my son loved the bunk bed. The whole service team was always friendly, smiling and pro actively helping. The food was awesome, no matter what we tried. And a big plus is of course the close distance to the thermal spring. You can reach it by just crossing the street. All in all big recommendation! Will stay there again for sure.
这次假期花费了我们很多钱，而且我们非常失望。食物大多是冷的。素食选择少得可怜，与其他同区域酒店相比，选择非常有限。下午茶的甜点总是千篇一律，而且同样没有成分说明，这常常让素食者感到很困扰。服务员通常忙得不可开交（并非所有人都负责点餐），所以根本找不到人咨询。房间非常吵闹；我们能清楚地听到邻桌说的每一句话，以及走廊里的动静。浴室门的声音大得惊人，打开门会吵醒房间里的所有人。我向前台要了四次枕头才拿到。
我们在酒店住了一晚，跨年夜入住——总体来说一切都很棒——但我唯一不满的是早餐的大桌子不够，我们一行三人（三个大人和一个青少年）只能在吧台吃饭。此外，酒店似乎没有考虑到我的脚伤，所以跨年夜晚餐时，我们不得不爬一段陡峭的楼梯回到一楼的餐桌。早餐时在吧台的桌子也遇到了同样的问题；我总是得一瘸一拐地从自助餐台走到二楼。不过，总体印象非常好，所以我们会在学期假期再去那里住四天，庆祝我的生日。
前台非常友好，乐于助人。
温泉浴场对孩子们来说非常安全。酒吧非常漂亮，令人放松。儿童住宿和活动也一流👍
我发现酒店有很多活动。工作人员的服务非常周到。一切都很熟悉。沟通很愉快，工作人员也非常满意。
酒店很棒，员工也很友好。唯一的小缺点是穿过隧道去温泉浴场的路程有点长。
显然正在装修，食物很一般……
不幸的是，一切都有点太贵了，只包括早餐，尽管它说我们是全包的。
