Though we were told about the internet being out and appreciated the discount on the room we were not told that there would be no one there for check-in, that the restaurant was closed and that there would be no breakfast in the morning.

My room was infested with flies and ladybugs (we killed about 10 flies, left for five minutes, and 10 more were there when we came back). When I texted the number listed as the emergency contact on the door of the lobby, I was told there were no available rooms and then the person stopped responding to my messages and didn't return any of my calls when I asked for further assistance. I would recommend staying anywhere but here.

Mattresses were incredibly comfortable, room felt clean. Only thing we did not like was that there was not a deadbolt on the door.

On the upside:
The room was clean, heating worked, hot water was working.
Cons:
Internet wasn't working, restaurant was closed (so no breakfast or anything else). Area around didn't have anything working.
So as a quick place to stay it is ok, but as a long term stay - wouldn't recommend.

Chaos
We stayed as a group of seven people. The whole place was basically not functional except the room that we stayed in had been redone with nice beds and pillows, and it was clean. The remainder of the property is really not ready to be stayed in at all the entire lounge and dining area is in shambles because they’re between owners. No one stayed overnight on the property. The state of the property was basically chaotic and not at all ready for any kind of guest. The woman who checked us in, was kind enough to go and pick up our takeout food as we were on motorcycles. There was no coffee, no breakfast and they were still under a water order because they had just flushed their system. Overall, we should’ve canceled And rebooked someplace else. When we called a few days prior, he told us that the dining room was not functional or the bar. And he offered to go get our takeout food. But did not tell us about the water ban. It was not worth even half of what we paid because we certainly didn’t get all the things that were included in the price.

I need a refund. There was no key as per the check-in instructions, no one at the property, a broken window on the room we were supposed to be assigned to and no one answers the phone. We could not get into the room and had to make other arrangements.

I was frighting to stay there because the receptionist was very, very sick and not wearing a mask her desk was right in the middle of the restaurant, there was no way to avoid getting sick. So I had to get a different hotel.
