I will never stay here again from the beginning I had reservations for 3 rooms 2 king with hot tub and 1 double queen I made reservations 1 week in advance apon arrival they did not have my rooms tried to charge me more for different room and I got stuck in a room that was a smoking room I don’t smoke also 1 of our other rooms the shower didn’t even work just a horrible experience

I killed a cockroach in the bathroom. There was blood splattered on the back of the bathroom door. The bed was comfortable.

I came to the registration desk to find out that my ******* reservation had been cancelled.Unbelievable. I won't be using you again. What good is a reservation that doesn't reserve a room when you need it.

Alot of guest living there with people coming in and out..
Room was ok, had a moldly smell..had a refrigerator no microwave or coffee pot in room.
Towels and sheets were clesn but dingy looking...
The pool had kids in it with no adult supervision..

Very scary
We chose this location since it is really close to the hospital where my husband had surgery. The staff was accommodating and helped with extra pillows and such for post op. The room was ok, it was clean but the bed spread and blankets had burn holes in them. There is no coffee pot or microwave in the rooms. There was so much noise and blaring music, that it woke us up. Apparently there are at a miminum of 4 people that live here, and they all huddle by the front door. Totally regretted my choice of hotels!

Check in went ok. I did have to tell the front desk attendant Sharla that I had 2 rooms 3 times. Once checked in the people who reside at the motel sat outside with all their animals. The 1st room was clean, however the beds only had 1 pillow per guest amd very thin. Upon starting showers I had to go to the front desk to ask for towels and washrags. Courtesy small bars of soap were provided but no shampoo or conditioner available. There were also no cups or glasses to drink out of. The refridgerator sounded like it was an airplane getting ready to take off we unplugged it from the wall. Only 1 useable electrical outlet was available to charge 4 phones and 3 headsets. The 2nd room hadnt even been completed and ready for the other 3 in our party to stay in. They arrived at 1245am and when I first checked in the attendant Sharla said it would be cleaned and ready for when the rest of our family got there 7 hours and 45 minutes later it wasnt! The person who was suppose to do the housekeeping stated to my daughter "they knew I wanted to go out tonight". There were only 1 pillow on each bed. The lobby reeked of *****. Trying to go to sleep at 11pm was very difficult because of the numerous animals in the building were barking constantly and we had to be up at 430am to be ready for the State Trap Championship competition. No coffee was made this morning and no attendant to check out with either.

I was able to check in early but had to pay a check fee I get to my room and the bathroom is dirty no face towels and was charged for a suite but was put in a standard

I could have had a better Deal for the room if i checked in
there , Cost more $$ using Orbits !!

We had a room with 2 beds. Upon arrival, there was an additional deposit we were not made aware of at reservation. The staff was friendly, but seemed to be that they had better things to do than check us in and out. No breakfast was a bummer and coffee dis not have enough jugular or creamer set out for 2 people. Worst part of the stay was bed bugs in one of the beds.
