Bed was too high and hard to get up on for short person like me - should have booked an accessible room. Electrical plugin needed for CPAP machine very difficult to reach. Required laying down in the floor.

We travel a lot, what stood out the most was how friendly all the staff were from the front desk to cleaning crew. Very welcoming. The rooms are very basic but clean and the distance to Sasktel Centre is perfect.

Staff is very friendly and efficient.
My top floor room water took a minimum of ten minutes to get hot.
There is no breakfast provided as shown on the website (Tim’s muffins only).

Very good customer service. Clean. Room didnt have very much sound resistance. You can hear everything. The only dislike. I lost my cc though on my way up and csr was very good on helping me process payments. Which lifted a huge worry of my shoulders

Great location when attending events at SaskTel Place. Our room was small, but very clean & the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast advertised was just coffee or tea & a tray of muffins from Tim Horton's across the parking lot. It would be nice to have some juice as an option for children or non-coffee drinkers. Staff were very friendly & helpful. All in all I recommend this hotel.

Clean room, staff were friendly but, management needs to organize tour group busses better. Have them park at a pick up location next to the road out front in the lot. Short walk as if they walk to their parked vehicle but it would lessen the bus and chatter noise directly next to other patrons hotel rooms at such an early hour! This location is also on a busy intersection with semi’s and trucks parking directly next to the hotel all hours of the day and night = no sleep!! Air brakes, running engines, tour buses parked right outside room window people talking loud hanging around the bus for an hour or so, and what seems like paper thin room walls rumbling all night from the excess noise. If you don’t need sleep this hotel is clean, the staff is friendly and that’s about it. I have videos, I couldn’t believe how disrespectful the tour group was and the amount of traffic adjacent to this property. I would have left earlier 5:30 am but the tour bus and a tow truck had my vehicle blocked in!! 3hrs of interrupted sleep that night for over $200/night stay, not worth the aggravation. It was like sleeping outside at a truck stop!! That was my experience.

这家旅馆的每一个房间居然是有所谓的owner，我们这个神秘的owner人是在温哥华的，应该就是投资了这个房间，这就造成管理很混乱。首先打扫是不及时的，你不催是没有这种服务的；其次所谓的早餐就是放几个麦芬在那里，成本已经降到了最低，房费却比一般的旅馆贵上一点；最后重点来了，一般加拿大退房就是把房卡还到前台check out，这个旅馆要查房，很仔细跟挑刺一样，结果被他发现了新大陆，厕所门上有一块小小的掉漆，非说是我家猫咪破坏的，一点常识也没有，猫的爪子如果挠坏会有抓痕，解释了半天，前台让我们直接电话跟owner沟通，要扣我们200刀，owner不依不饶话没停过，直到我们说报警处理，他就说那就报吧，坚持收我们至少79刀，警察的说法是，这些owner已经非常熟悉萨省的法律，这种经济纠纷必须法庭解决，一般旅客是没有那么多时间，最后都会屈服付钱寻求太平。不管有没有宠物，这个教训得展示给所有旅客以作警示，我们并不清楚这是萨斯卡通所有旅馆的通用做法，或只是这一家，但愿也只有这一个owner做法比较恶心，房间里还有大约是被狗啃掉的柜子脚，幸亏不是猫能被嫁祸的。想要一个开心的旅程的话，尽量不要在住宿上浪费那么多精力和时间，选择其他的旅馆吧！
