我预订的是无烟房，结果房间里的烟味简直是我住过最难闻的房间，烟味浓得令人窒息。我们跟前台说了，他们却说是排气扇坏了之类的——这完全无法接受。他们甚至都没问我能不能换个房间。我知道这是一家经济型/中档酒店，但既然无法提供无烟房，就别轻易承诺。如果他们在预订的时候就告诉我没有无烟房，我肯定会另找一家酒店。
服务差
他们根本没看到我的预订信息，也懒得用我的行程单号搜索，更别提了。我等了好几个小时才找到解决办法，最后酒店才给我退款。顺便说一下，遇到这种情况，提供个热线电话会很有帮助。
这里是一家汽车旅馆，过路人很多，可能适合旅行者住一两天，不适合长期居住。不过一切都很顺利，员工友善，房间干净，周边地区应有尽有。
