Staff provided excellent service and were very friendly. The continental breakfast was okay. The room was quite dated, bathroom was really small, & the TV was "fuzzy" so we couldn't really watch it. The room wasn't as nice as I thought it would be. Very basic, but clean. I paid $250/night and unfortunately wouldn't recommend the hotel unless you're looking for something very basic and simple.

shower had mould all around the bottom, would refused to shower in it, tv didn't work, had to go to the front personally 3 times for them to fix it because they dont have a phone in the room. bed was comfortable, sheets clean

Overall poor everything. Restaurant only open 5-9 with very small menu. Bartender at restaurant (Cindy) was excellent. Hotel no hot water, tables in room were dirty. Hallways dirty

When we got there, we were told there was no hot water. We drove five hours to get there. It was 3:15 PM and we’re told that we could go somewhere else not being a millionaire. Where was I going to go because they did not refund my money back immediately They told us we would get 25% off, but I had to call ******* and that created a whole Nother headache my wife can’t shower with cold water. We had to go buy wipes to clean ourselves and we could not use the pool because we couldn’t shower afterwards two nights that we were there we felt itchy and disgusting. We should’ve gotten a bigger discount.

I ended up canceling when i arrived at the hotel, because unknown to me, there was no hot water. I was told that a message was sent to me but i didn't receive one and only found out once i arrived to check in. Not happy, especially since i was travelling with my senior mother and had to find another place to stay, late in the afternoon.

Water heater not working and they offered 25% off and thought we would stay; however place old outdated and smelled. Hotel was nice in uts day but best they they could do is demo and rebuild. We spent twice the money to get another hotel that night.

这不是我第一次住这家酒店了。换了新老板后，现在这里的人根本不在乎住客的体验。酒店很吵，住客也很不尊重人。我们打电话要求他们安静点，他们基本上就说我们得自己想办法，他们什么都不会做。我侄子有残疾，那晚根本睡不着，所以我们最后只好收拾东西提前退房了。第二天早上我又回来交了房卡。
工作人员非常棒，热情又乐于助人。房间很干净，我睡了个好觉，这在酒店里可不常见。早餐很棒，热腾腾的，吃得很开心。下次还会再来。
地理位置非常好，房间也很棒、很干净。客房服务也不错，最赞的是泳池。
