The suite was neat, tidy and clean. The two bedroom and open area was roomy and comfortable for the four of us. Will book again when in the area.

The staff was extremely accommodating. When we checked in there was an issue with both our drapes and our TV remote and--instead of explaining how to fix them, over the phone--one of the front desk staff actually came upstairs to our room to help us resolve the problem! The rooms were huge, featuring all sorts of kitchenware, tons of storage space, and cozy furnishings like a faux (but toasty-warm) fireplace. We were also grateful to have full-sized appliances, which are nearly impossible to find in suites these days. The property is old-ish, so the oven didn't work very well, (the temperature wasn't as hot as indicated) and the elevator was a tad on the scary side. Nonetheless, this was the absolute perfect place to have a family gathering, and we were quite grateful to the staff and the owners for providing such a wonderful place to stay.

I am so happy I booked this property for our family of five for a week. We had a very spacious 3 bedroom 2 bath unit which had a full size washer and dryer, dishwasher and a fully stocked kitchen. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and professional.
The city area around the property was a little dingy and you would occasionally see homeless people, but that’s expected in any big city. The hotel is conveniently located next to shopping and highways. I also liked that the entrance to the hotel was always locked, you would gain entry either by card key or staff opening the door for you. Our next trip to Edmonton will definitely include another stay at this hotel.

房间设施齐全，大床比较舒服，干净卫生，环境不错，就是有些设备比较老
1.酒店位置：非常方便，公交车好几趟就在门口，地铁200米。我们坐大巴到达downtown,下车点Jasper 11525号到这个酒店11010号大概600米，拖着箱子慢慢走，不到8分钟。
2.酒店购物吃饭方便，酒店后边50米有超市甜品店、西餐厅（西餐厅有早中晚餐，价格不贵）。地铁站上来，有Tims。
3.出游景点，步行800多米可以到阿尔伯塔省议会大厦，旁边就是河谷公园。坐门口的900X，能到北美最大的西埃德蒙顿购物中心。坐地铁可以到阿尔伯塔大学和怀特步行街。（地铁站可以买地铁票，地铁票也可坐公交，工本费6元）。
4.酒店设施，非常满意，恰好碰上除夕，一室一厅套房，完全有家的感觉。洗衣机烘干机，厨房所有家庭设备（四个电磁炉，微波炉，冰箱，咖啡机，烧水壶，餐具）。厨房和客厅开放式，设计合理。客厅有餐桌区，沙发区，办公桌区，真的非常好。正直冬日，壁炉一开，好温暖，氛围满🈵，拍照及出片。卧室雪白的床上用品，提供给你舒适的睡眠环境。
5.服务好极了，两个前台服务人员人漂亮，态度及好，你问的和不问的，都告诉你。我们到得早，箱子寄存，出去玩。退房后，东西寄存了大半天，因晚上12点火车。漂亮气质俱佳的前台女服务员，告诉我们可以呆到我们要走的任何时间，还有在哪儿充电，卫生间在哪儿等等，非常热情。
总之，这是个性价比特高的酒店，满分。酒店服务台墙上挂了十几块奖牌，看来实至名归。
订了一个套房，面积出乎意料。房间设施齐全，可以自己做饭洗衣。位置也很好，步行到corona地铁站五分钟。下次还会来住。
去温哥华之前我只住了一晚，房间很干净，附近有各种必需的商店，很方便。
我只住了一晚，所以无法给出准确的评分，但这次住宿体验非常好。
我们住的是一居室公寓。非常棒，厨房设施齐全，房间里甚至还有洗衣机和烘干机。
地理位置优越。
房间很大很干净。只是很暖和，因为不能开窗户，而且空调是在客厅，而不是卧室。
