The toilet was stopped up and nearly overflowed when flushed. I flushed again when it subsided with the same result. Tried to call for maintenance at 8:45 pm but the room cell phone did not have a charge. Went to the desk and was told Maintenance had left for the evening at 9 pm. They could not move us as the hotel is full. The desk clerk handed me a plunger and said she would put a note on the desk for the manager to see tomorrow morning. I think a refund is appropriate!

The room was clean and we got a nice view since we got a room on the top floor. The friendly staff provided great costumer service. I was a bit disappointed that the inside pool wasn't a bit warmer in temperature to swim in. The hot tub was really nice though. The hotel food is decent. It surprised me they didn't have the little liquid coffee creamers or honey packets for convenience, only half and half, sugar, splenda, and powdered non dairy creamer.

Great food options for breakfast and their kick back hour. I appreciate the coke machine being open all day. Our first room had some A/C issues, but thankfully they were able to let us move rooms, however, we had to swap to a 2Q vs a king room. Everything was mostly clean...grout in tile seemed a little dirty, but I guess they aren't deep cleaning as often as I would at home. Beds are decent. Nothing too amazing, a little too bouncy for me, as I could feel every movement my partner in bed made. But for the price, I would stay here again.
