The stay was your average stay at a hotel. It did what we needed it to. There were just a few things that could have been better maintained. The pool seemed green so we didn’t even attempt to swim in it. Our beds were clean and neat however the bathroom sink had a huge crusted up something on the faucet and that was not great to see and the shower had hair on the wall. The floor could have used some cleaning and our mirror was filthy with markings all over the glass.

The hotel is always clean and the staff is always friendly and helpful. There are many different restaurants in the area plus two grocery stores. Because it's located near I-270, it's easy to go to various shopping malls and areas.

Floors in the hallway looked like they had never been vacuumed. Spills on floor in room and bathroom.
Breakfast was good. Location convenient and right off the interstate.

The staff was friendly and professional and the grounds and property were very clean. Free breakfast was average, but the specialty coffee machine that was available all day and evening was 10/10! This is an older hotel, so there are a few issues - our rooms were very humid - to the point that some candy I had fused together and all of our clothing felt slightly damp. We tried turning on the heat to dry the room a bit but it didn't help. Our friend across the hall had a similar experience. I love that it's a pet friendly hotel and was especially glad to see the floors were not carpeted. Not a bad hotel at the ******* price. A bbq restaurant in the same parking lot and a Quick Trip across the street. Convenient.

We were there for a special reason, being that my husband had eye surgery that morning and had to return for a follow-up the next day. Meanwhile he was supposed to lie flat on his back for 3 days as part of his recuperation. Since: we had a long drive from Illinois, we didn't want to have to drive home and then turn around and drive back the next day, while he was supposed to be flat on his back in bed! So we decided to rent a nearby hotel room for that first day and night.
Since check-in was 3:00 and we knew we would be done at the surgery center probably around 1:00, we called and asked Christine if we could possibly check in earlier. She was very accommodating and said that if she had a room ready, we could certainly check in early. Thank you Christine, you certainly made a stressful day a lot nicer!
The hotel was very clean and attractive, the breakfast was great, and we totally enjoyed our stay as much as we could under the circumstances!
