We battled a car breakdown and dodged snow, and the front desk and manager provided so much gracious help. This location is much more than a good place to stay…good people run it!

Staff very friendly and helpful with any thing we needed. Clean facility. Grandkids loved pool. Meals were served with great service and variety. Will be staying again next year for family gatherings.

Clean room and staff was friendly. I was very unhappy that the website showed EV charging stations but there were none. I had to charge at Wal-Mart about 3 miles away

Loudest hotel I’ve ever been in. We were on the fourth floor and it sounded like construction all night due to staff moving tables, cleaning, etc. We could hear every single conversation that occurred on the first floor. Poorly constructed. Rooms were small, though called deluxe, but I could tolerate that. The noise was unbearable and I’m only 30. lol I was in the area for a work trip and will definitely stay elsewhere.

After traveling to the area that day ahd being at a softball tournament all day and night, we stopped on the way back to the hotel to finally get dinner and finally returned to the hotel after 11pm. We attempted to sit in the lobby area where there were tables to eat our dinner and were told that we aren't allowed to be out of our room after 10pm. When asked where we were supposed to eat and telling the front desk staff that we didn't want to eat a meal sitting on a bed, they pretty much much said "Sorry, that's our policy". This is very unacceptable and policies like this should never be implemented or enforced, as travel schedules are often unpredictable and meals often happen outside of normal times.

I've never been checked in so fast. The room was quiet, clean and comfortable. The evening happy hour was lively. There were plenty of breakfast options to suit our minor dietary restrictions.

Honestly I was there for a conference being held at the Crowne Royal so I didn't partake in many amenities you offer, but I did join as a member and plan to stay and Drury properties in the future! It was a great option!
