I didn't stay. After being given two filthy rooms (stained bedspread, unlaundered sheets, mold and bugs in the bathtub and something splattered across the bathroom mirror), I requested a refund (denied/offered yetanother room) and left. I went to the next town and got a nice room, for about the same price.

As soon as you walk in the lobby, there is a smell about the place. After having been assigned the second dirty room (mold and bugs in the shower/tub, what appeared to be toothpaste splattered across the bathroom mirror, a stained bedspread and obviously unlaundered sheets), we asked for a refund (denied/offered yet another room) and left. The price appears good, but not for what you get.

There were holes in the sheet. The white towels and wash cloths were actually gray from stains. They were out of napkins at breakfast. Breakfast was very limited to cereal and waffles, toast, or bagels, and yogurt. The room looked new but had a filthy little chair. We probably wouldn't stay there but it is in a great location for us to visit family.

The front desk staff was nice, however room had horrible smell, drawers and fridge both had trash in them, breakfast consisted of waffles and bagels, outside didn’t feel safe - saw the same bag of trash by the door our entire stay, along with work boots and a grill (outside also littered with beer cans and trash)

The pool is on the other side of building and is def a safety issue- it’s full of sludge and an animal or child could easily climb over the ledge/through missing windows and gain access. Major Safety issues!!

Never have I ever seen a Quality Inn like this!

The bedding had worn pillowcases and a top sheet not made for a king size bed. The towels and washcloths were dingy, thin, and stained. The carpet was not thoroughly vacuumed any where in the hotel. The coffee maker in our room and the tray it sat on were filthy. I could go on and on. It certainly was not as I expected based on staying there a few years ago.

It is a hotel sorely in need of updating and maintenance.

One bright spot was the employee who checked us in, provided a missing towel, and came to our room to get the TV working. Unfortunately, I didn't get his name. He was there the afternoon and evening of October 17.

We will never stay at this Quality Inn again.

They really need to upgrade the hotel and shampoo the carpets, they smell like pinesol and pee. Staff was accommodating, Breakfast was yogurt, old cereals, waffles. The juice was colored water. Find a space to park and park there.

The carpets in the hallway were nasty. The sink had hair in it. The tub had stains that looked like fresh dirt. The tub faucet leaked. The grout in the tile was nasty. There were three sheets of toilet paper on the roll when I arrived. The a/c and heat unit had buttons worn off and it took a while to adjust the temperature. There was the tiniest bar of soap in there—never saw one smaller in my life—for a two night stay. No other products were available. The refrigerator freezer was so frosted with ice I couldn’t get anything in it. Glad I brought socks to walk in the room because my socks were black when I took them off. The cereal for breakfast tasted like wood chips. I was supposed to stay two nights but didn’t stay the second night.

We have stayed at this property many times and it has consistently gone downhill even after covid. Trash in common areas and hallways stays for multiple days. Trash dumpster outside is overflowing along with a lot of construction laying around, and the property fencing is dilapidated and falling apart. I spilled some coffee in my room and try to clean it with a dampened wash rag on the carpet. Big mistake. I don't know what's in those carpets anymore but apparently it hasn't been cleaned since covid.
