My first stay in this hotel - I picked it for location and the overall price. I would say that it was a great pick for us. It is located in the centre of the city and had ample parking in front and in the back. The hotel has definitely been redone and you can tell from the quality of the rooms. Right when we entered the lobby, we were greeted by the friendly staff - and a surprising thing was that they had fresh buttered popcorn ready in the 'theater-style' machine! We got checked-in and got our keys and were in our room in less than five minutes. The room had two Queen-beds, large TV, and a fridge along with ample desk space. The beds were slightly on the firm side (from what we are accustomed to) and had four huge pillows which were very plush and comfortable. It got very cold at night (late-October) so having a heater in the room that worked very well was a bonus! The bathroom and shower were also very well redesigned with a rain-head shower and a shower wand as well. All in all, the quietness of the hotel, its central location, price and friendly staff make me rate this a 9 out of 10. I would have liked to have a microwave over to heat some food, but the Admin staff did help by heating up what I needed. I'd definitely recommend this place!

The room is VERY clean. It has obviously been updated recently. Bathroom is beautiful. Very comfortable beds. Definitely will recommend to friends and family.

It was recommended to me to stay on the second floor and it was nice and quiet. The rooms were clean and updated. Very nice.

The staff were very friendly and checking in and out was super easy.
I am a house keeper and I was not impressed with the bathroom. Hand prints were missed on the shower and high touch points on the sliding door didn't look like they were wiped properly.
I would have also appreciated a full length mirror in the unit or at least a mirror outside of the bathroom since we were in Hope for a wedding and had two people getting ready, the one small mirror in the bathroom was a little inconvenient.
We were also woken up early by a couple fighting horribly early in the morning. They stopped once someone yelled that they will call the cops.

The hotel was meticulously clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The view of the park and river from the balcony was beautiful. There were many places nearby to get food and other amenities. Would 100% stay there again.
