They just do not have fridge in their rooms. I stayed here for 2 weeks in March 2025 & 2 weeks in June 2025. I struggled to keep my food & cold drink refrigeratated

What a beautiful experience. Love the variety on menus. The staff are efficient and friendly. Technology upgrades. Appreciance and decor is brilliant. The hotel is beautiful inside and surroundings. Garden space created was so relaxing. The rooms and spaces are spacious, comfortable, trendy, clean, fresh and just a huge improvement. Enjoyed my stay here. This is definitely a huge tick of approval and well done to all involved.

The hotel rooms were clean and smart, the beds well made and comfortable. The staff were cheerful and visible whenever you required help. The only down side are the small rooms otherwise a great place to stay and visit Capetown. A walking distance from restaurants and shopping malls

The rooms are neat and has modern style furnishings, highly recommend for an overnight/holiday stay. Bathrooms were kept tidy and essentials were provided daily. The activities available are excellent for kids. Excellent experience overall, value for money

The room was clean and smelled fresh. I loved the food from dinner to breakfast. Staff was visible at all times. Very efficient and served with a smile. The front desk staff explained every detail of my stay. I would come back anytime. It was special moment.

Poor wifi speed, place not feeling clean at certain places, when opening shutter windows you cannot watch tv. Lighting above bad are poor and you cannot sit and work on your bed. Also when sitting on the bed to watch tv the bed keeps on slipping/moving away from the wall
