the hotel offers excellent service and outstanding hospitality. the facilities were well maintained , the rooms were spotless and the staff demonstrated a high level of professionalism especially with front office. the location is great and the overall experience exceeded my expectations . i will gladly stay here again.

Pretty much the same as the earlier review of October 2024: - Pool and outside area remains in semi-constructed state - Lift was not working - Two of us had to change rooms because of issues - Towels are thread bare - build quality horrendous: skew TVs, fittings loose, light switches not working, poorly painted and assembled etc. - Mattress with springs that squeak and is really uncomfortable - Bar area has local music and TV on at same time, blaring out noise. - Decor is kitsch - gold and bold colours. Makes me want to throw up - Restaurant had no A/C on when i went in and local radio station was blaring. Lost my appetite and skipped dinner. - No decent TV channels to watch and most have bad reception and interference - breakfast was low budget offering yet they charge $23 for it. Coffee cold. staff unfriendly. We had business guests from Norway with us and this was frankly embarrassing. Ridiculously expensive given how terrible this place it. Stay away

Hotel needs major renovation. The TV did not work at all. Filthy gutters surrounding the building smell awful and mosquito infestation. The restaurant has minimal items on the menu. The staff is extremely friendly and courteous.

Slight difference to website photos than the real life ones I took. I asked where is the swimming pool and I was told to use the gym if I want to exercise. Really fake advertising I would never set foot in here again. I was looking forward to a swim and a cocktail by the pool.

酒店非常独特，尤其是Roland提供的服务，前台的女士们也非常出色。我保证会向我所有的朋友、家人和同事推荐这家酒店。
