The room was super clean. The bed was terribly uncomfortable, had a huge dip on the middle of it which made sleeping difficult. The breakfast is great and the staff is super friendly.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. I have to give a shout out to Rob at the front desk. I had lost my expensive earbuds and he went out of his way to help me look for them, including going through the trash in the breakfast dinner area item by item in the thought may have accidentally tossed them in the trash with my breakfast leftovers. He found them! I am very grateful.

Our room was spotless and very welcoming. Brent was the front desk employee, very knowledgeable an and friendly.
Everything was in working order.The remote for the t v the air conditioner, the refrigerator was already cold. I recommend this place and would stay here again.

Great suite, clean, and front desk provided an amenity I forgot to pack which I really appreciate.
Breakfast needs improvement, more variety needed for hot items, and refrigerator needs to be set cooler for the boiled eggs and yogurt.

The ice maker did not work in our unit. We reported it but it was never resolved. We had to go buy ice.
Other than that the stay was okay.

Our check in was lengthy with tons of what felt like random questions.
Our room was a good size with living area and bedroom and kitchenette. No complaints there. But this room was either a smoking room once upon a time or in rooms nearby. Noticeable odor of old smoke and mildew: carpets dirty and stained and walls also dirty. Our tv stopped working after the first night. And not all the lights worked. I paid 1k for 3 nights which was way over my budget but desperate as all other nearby stays were already booked.

The staff were great and accommodating . The over all price was ok. The things not so great: the halls and elevator has a dingy smell which also was present in our room. The place is just out dated and really needs TLC. The beds were small for our room. The ice machine in our fridge did not work. Low shower pressure.

The body lotion left in bathroom was used. The property needed cleaning and carpet repaired. The $438 cost per night was extremely high for what I would say is a 2 star hotel. Loud neighbors and water pipes in the walls.
