Rooms are well-appointed and the beds are very comfortable. We had a couple of small problems that were dealt with in a timely manner.

Absolutely so clean. Staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. We won a little bit of money and even opted to stay another night.

The Steak House Restaurant was phenomenal. Highly recommend booking a table.

Used the conference facilities and spend the weekend at the hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was nicely decorated, clean and the bed was comfortable.

The property and room were well tended. Staff was nice. Room was comfortable. Guests were respectful. Smoke odor was almost non-existent which was very nice. The faint smell in the hallway was reasonable and to be expected in order to accommodate all guests. Appreciated the delicious and quick service at breakfast on Saturday morning, October 11 as well. Thanks, we would return.

The staff here have always been great unfortunately when we arrived into our room there was spilled food on the floor that must have been missed aside from that the only other thing that was a noticeable cleanliness issue was the dirt ring in the pool where people have etched their names into it.

Staff have been friendly, hotel is clean and nice, seems to be a great value compared to other hotels in the area.
房间打扫得不彻底。浴室地板上有用过的旧肥皂，地毯上残留着食物，遥控器脏兮兮的，都是污垢，这让我不禁会想，还有什么被遗漏了没被发现。
他们却只关注我们为什么没有在发现这些问题时第一时间联系他们……很明显，我们是去度假玩乐的，这些问题都是在住宿期间和事后才陆续发现的。
前台和经理一样敷衍了事，只希望我们下次能有更好的入住体验……祝他们好运吧。
