我们的第一个房间只有窗户上的薄纱遮阳帘，看起来像是电动遮阳帘。不幸的是，它不起作用，开关没有电，也没有隐私遮阳帘。我们通知了前台。他们提供了另一个房间。那个房间的电视有问题，总是断线，并显示一条消息说连接丢失，我们需要联系我们的网络提供商。前台经理再次迅速来到房间修理。电视背面的电线松了。两个房间的地毯上都有污渍，第二个房间的沙发下还有剩下的爆米花。两个房间的家具上都有污渍。

由于最近受伤，我需要一间无障碍客房。由于第二个房间没有我们淋浴时所需的安全设备，经理确实为我们提供了一个淋浴座椅。

我们还在床上发现了一根头发，但那时我们已经筋疲力尽，只是把它刷掉了。我们用过的其中一条毛巾仍然有女士香水的味道，不像典型的酒店床单的味道，不像刚漂白消毒过的床单的味道。

大堂看起来很干净。

我们以后会经常来这里，不会再住这家汽车旅馆了。

Staff was seen smoking just outside of doorways. They should have designated smoking area for them out of sight. Room had strong smell of cleaning chemicals, when we requested no fragrances or chemicals due to severe allergies to those. Rooms were not clean to other IHG properties we have visited.

Very clean hotel & our room had everything we needed. Surprisingly the breakfast was delicious even though it’s not cooked to order! My husband loved the freshly grind coffee too. We highly recommend this hotel.

The entire staff was very helpful and kind. The breakfast lady worked hard in keeping things filled and hot. The cinnamon rolls were the best, of course, but everything was good. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. The city of Michigan City had several things to do, including the beach. It was close enough to Michigan, to get to some of the other towns that were magnificent.

Could’ve been better

It was horrible. There was a couple thinks that kept it from being better. There were no curtains, only blinds. And the blinds were broken and had holes all throughout. One of the housekeepers was also rude and unprofessional. Breakfast was the best part.
