We switched to this hotel from a shoddy one, and we could not have been happier with our choice. We got a suite and felt like we were living in luxury. It's clean and modern, and all the staff we encountered were amazing. I cannot say enough good things about this experience!

The a/c and heating is very odd and our first room it didn’t work. Had to switch to another room but wasn’t mush better. The thermostat in the room does not control. The pool area couldn’t be used as it was shut down and when reopened the fumes from the chlorine were too strong.

My family lives in Jackson so this wasn’t a vacation visit as there isn’t much to do in the area and not many choices for hotels, but I was pleasantly surprised by this one. Very clean, staff was friendly and attentive. There was a small bar to have some drinks before family time, but also a delicious Chinese restaurant and another restaurant/bar with local beer are both within walking distance. The room was comfortable and just way more than I expected. It’s not the 5 star resort you’d expect in a vacation destination, but for the area it’s in, they’re doing everything right.
