入住体验非常棒,酒店有泳池有健身房还有桑拿房,早餐晚餐都十分美味种类足,房间面积非常大设施齐全,附近也有大型商场,下次出差还会选择
就周边区域及其提供的服务而言,酒店位置相当不错。停车场宽敞且车位充足。酒店大堂的咖啡厅也很棒。从入住到退房,酒店员工的服务态度都非常出色。房间能看到内部花园,景色宜人。
浴室的排水系统不太好,导致水会积在地上(上次入住时没有遇到这个问题)。
总的来说,这家酒店非常棒,希望下次还能再来。
我住了两周,非常喜欢这里的位置。离阿联酋购物中心只有一条街,离地铁站也只有三条街。除了购物中心里面的一切,附近还有很多餐馆。我还用了一家附近的洗衣店,服务很好。酒店有两个健身房和一个不错的游泳池。唯一让我不满意的是早餐,连着14天都一模一样,一点变化都没有!太无聊了!!
这家酒店各方面都很棒,地理位置优越,离阿联酋购物中心很近,81路公交车站也在旁边,步行到地铁站大概10分钟。从前台到保洁人员,所有员工都非常有礼貌,总是面带微笑。最重要的是,他们还提供提前入住服务,这对长途飞行后的人来说太重要了!酒店漂亮、舒适、干净,餐饮也很美味!强烈推荐!

酒店是2019年建的,到现在才不到5年,按理说应该很干净。但这次入住我却体验到了维护极差的房间。卫生间保养得很差,清洁也不到位。淋浴区的下水道总是堵塞——我住了7天,从第一天开始,下水道里就堆满了头发,导致淋浴时积水严重。淋浴区的地面也不平整,有些地方会积水。客房服务打扫时,卫生纸和抽纸等用品没有补充——我不得不打电话给礼宾部,让他们联系客房服务来补充,而客房服务本身根本不接电话。熨斗也没清洁干净,摸起来黏黏的。员工方面,Vanessa一点帮助都没有。我问了她3个问题,她完全不帮忙查,只说她不知道,让我自己上网查。当时是我妈妈生日,我问他们是否能准备些惊喜,她记下了,但没给我回复。当我问我怎么知道是否准备了惊喜时,她说“到时候就知道了”(什么意思?)?总而言之,这是一次非常糟糕的体验,对于我这样一个经常旅行的人来说,这绝对是我住过最差的千禧酒店了。
不幸的是,这次体验并不好,我不会再入住这家酒店了。
一个客房服务员在我睡觉的时候,晚上打开了我的房间。
前台的服务人员也爱莫能助。
我要求和经理谈谈,但没有人理会。
房间非常好 干净卫生 特别适合商务旅行,特别适合出差,特别适合旅游,服务非常非常好,下次来迪拜还会住这个酒店,非常棒

房间里面被套可以看出黑色污渍,这个倒是其次。这次入住最差的感受是前台的服务,这里点名那位东南亚面孔的小姑娘,人品有问题,业务能力也差。消费税每个房间15迪,我们给现金她默认不找零,也没给我们收据。让她把我们一起出行的同事安排到同一个楼层入住,她也不照办。
