入住体验非常棒，酒店有泳池有健身房还有桑拿房，早餐晚餐都十分美味种类足，房间面积非常大设施齐全，附近也有大型商场，下次出差还会选择
就周边区域及其提供的服务而言，酒店位置相当不错。停车场宽敞且车位充足。酒店大堂的咖啡厅也很棒。从入住到退房，酒店员工的服务态度都非常出色。房间能看到内部花园，景色宜人。
浴室的排水系统不太好，导致水会积在地上（上次入住时没有遇到这个问题）。
总的来说，这家酒店非常棒，希望下次还能再来。
我住了两周，非常喜欢这里的位置。离阿联酋购物中心只有一条街，离地铁站也只有三条街。除了购物中心里面的一切，附近还有很多餐馆。我还用了一家附近的洗衣店，服务很好。酒店有两个健身房和一个不错的游泳池。唯一让我不满意的是早餐，连着14天都一模一样，一点变化都没有！太无聊了！！
这家酒店各方面都很棒，地理位置优越，离阿联酋购物中心很近，81路公交车站也在旁边，步行到地铁站大概10分钟。从前台到保洁人员，所有员工都非常有礼貌，总是面带微笑。最重要的是，他们还提供提前入住服务，这对长途飞行后的人来说太重要了！酒店漂亮、舒适、干净，餐饮也很美味！强烈推荐！

酒店是2019年建的，到现在才不到5年，按理说应该很干净。但这次入住我却体验到了维护极差的房间。卫生间保养得很差，清洁也不到位。淋浴区的下水道总是堵塞——我住了7天，从第一天开始，下水道里就堆满了头发，导致淋浴时积水严重。淋浴区的地面也不平整，有些地方会积水。客房服务打扫时，卫生纸和抽纸等用品没有补充——我不得不打电话给礼宾部，让他们联系客房服务来补充，而客房服务本身根本不接电话。熨斗也没清洁干净，摸起来黏黏的。员工方面，Vanessa一点帮助都没有。我问了她3个问题，她完全不帮忙查，只说她不知道，让我自己上网查。当时是我妈妈生日，我问他们是否能准备些惊喜，她记下了，但没给我回复。当我问我怎么知道是否准备了惊喜时，她说“到时候就知道了”（什么意思？）？总而言之，这是一次非常糟糕的体验，对于我这样一个经常旅行的人来说，这绝对是我住过最差的千禧酒店了。
不幸的是，这次体验并不好，我不会再入住这家酒店了。
一个客房服务员在我睡觉的时候，晚上打开了我的房间。
前台的服务人员也爱莫能助。
我要求和经理谈谈，但没有人理会。
房间非常好 干净卫生 特别适合商务旅行，特别适合出差，特别适合旅游，服务非常非常好，下次来迪拜还会住这个酒店，非常棒

房间里面被套可以看出黑色污渍，这个倒是其次。这次入住最差的感受是前台的服务，这里点名那位东南亚面孔的小姑娘，人品有问题，业务能力也差。消费税每个房间15迪，我们给现金她默认不找零，也没给我们收据。让她把我们一起出行的同事安排到同一个楼层入住，她也不照办。
