It was an ok stay but when we first checked in it was awful. I had booked 2 rooms gotten email for both the rooms and when . We checked in she said we only have 1 room….. come to find out it was under my mom…….. not sure why I got the email for both it it wa sunder 2 names very stressful and wasted over. 1/2 he trying to figure it out

Staff was great. Rooms were clean. Only thing bad was our toilet fill valve was loud and needs replacement, but toilet worked and we weren't staying long, so no big deal.

Check in was a horrible experience. The desk clerk claim that I owed a balance after receiving a receipt from ******* that I had paid in full finally, she was able to call tech and figure it out, but she said that I should’ve not gone through a third-party to rent my room she tried to make me feel like it was my fault that I was stupid and that I had no idea what I was talking about.
The bathroom facilities were not ADA compliant. The toilet was lower than the tub. I have a prosthetic leg and to sit down was incredibly painful and to get up was incredibly hard. I could not use the shower.
We discovered three separate black beetle bugs in the room. We notified room service and supposedly they were going to check for bugs.
The room was musty smelling, and there were several days where we had to put our garbage outside for them to come and empty it.

Not of Days Inn Quality
I stayed 3 nights. I had a room with a step-in shower. The hose/shower head was of very poor quality. It was impossible to place the shower head in the holder, and have it point down; it would always turn itself to point out into the direction of the rest of the bathroom. The curtain was too short to contain the water flow at the bottom, and it left me with a flooded bathroom and hallway. The night clerk brought a laundry basket of clean towels to mop it all up. The continental breakfast was disappointing as they had no butter of any kind to go with the waffles and the many types of bread offered. The last day they ran out of cream cheese for the bagles.

Everythihg was good. Navigation took me out into the country and said I reached my destination 😂 not even close ...but I called the hotel and they told me it was 1157 hornell days Inn so once I got there all was good ‼️
房间的干净程度让我惊喜。服务也还可以。唯一的问题是第一晚楼上的噪音太大，我几乎没怎么睡好。第二天晚上我申请换了房间，前台服务员非常乐于助人，第二晚就睡得很香了。
我不明白为什么第一晚明明还有其他3位客人，却偏偏要把其中一位安排在我房间正上方。
