I was pleasantly surprised by the level of design and upkeep of this property. I only gave 4 stars for area around hotel because it is connected to the Mall of America and overlooks a massive parking lot. Not the hotel's fault, just a circumstance of the area. The hotel restaurant is delicious! This is -not- bar food. It is deliciously orchestrated with interesting flavors and well executed dishes. I would eat there even if I wasn't stya at the hotel. Bravo!

酒店的服务很好哦，就是靠近马路晚上噪音比较大。
酒店在床位供应方面误导了我们。工作人员不愿做出任何调整。我们提出简单的毛巾、床单和其他基本用品的要求，他们却屡次出错。房间很不舒服，而且很脏乱，客房服务人员更是雪上加霜。在这个时代，没有冰箱简直匪夷所思。唯一的优点就是离购物中心很近，但以后我们肯定会选择丽笙酒店。这次入住体验比上次糟糕得多。
是的，房间非常漂亮干净。工作人员也极其友善有礼。整个入住期间我都感觉像在家一样自在，我会向我的家人和朋友推荐这里，而且我肯定会再次入住。
