People at Front Office Reception are very nice, very good, very helpful. 👍👍👍👍👍 Nice breakfast.

The customer service at JW Minneapolis is the best ever!! Tayze(I may be spelling her name wrong) was very kind and professional and helpful. She answered every question we asked and because of her, we will be returning and recommending JW to everyone we know who needs a place to stay.

The hotel mislead us with regards to available beds. Staff was unwilling to make adjustments. Staff repeatedly screwed up simple requests for towels, bedding, and other basics. Room was uncomfortable, unkept, and the housekeeping staff made it more challenging. No fridge is a bit ridiculous this day and age. Only benefit was the proximity to the mall, however going forward we will use the Radisson. This visit at this hotel was far worst than the last.
