Hotel is ok the quality of finishings average , it was clean but curtains were dirty and doors cracked . They gave us 2 towels for 4 people . 2 chairs on deck but 4 people . Kitchen is not equipped in any dishes but on photos we see plates and forks. No water for guests no coffee maker in the room . They have pool on the pictures but fake grass it is dirty around the pool and there is no towels for guests and no robes. The parking is Accross the road from the hotel so not very secured. This place was cheaper than others we locked at so I guess we got what we paid for. On photos there is furniture in restaurant that must have been taken when place was new - way less furniture now to use and no one ever in a lobby what I go down … couple of block to the beach so not too bad - 5 min . Small store close by with essentials. Stuff very friendly if you can find them.

优点：房间非常干净，床很舒服，浴室配备所有卫生用品。酒店员工非常友好和专业。感谢Fernando和Emma对我们的关心，他们认真解答我们的需求和疑问。酒店员工之间互帮互助，从前台到维修技师，一切都很愉快。早餐很丰盛，什么都不缺。缺点：室内停车需要先从前台的车库取钥匙再放回去，如果用户自己使用遥控器就更好了。步行4分钟即可到达海滩，人不多，有救生员，非常棒，只是沙子太细太硬了。酒店有两个泳池，一个在花园里，适合成人和儿童，楼顶的泳池带水疗中心，非常棒。
状况非常恶化，东西都破损了。缺乏床头柜抽屉，淋浴的水很冷，床上没有毯子，相邻露台和对面房子之间的隐私很少。水疗中心在复活节期间不活跃，室外游泳池也不活跃，但它们按旺季收费。
现有的两部电梯其中一部坏了。
普遍的疏忽状态，对于一家有水疗中心的四星级酒店来说是无法忍受的。痛苦。
可怕而可怕的经历
酒店与指定的星级完全不符。
房间没有羽绒被，所以你会感觉很冷，因为他们只有一张薄床单，仅此而已。
整个住宿的清洁度还有很多不足之处。
